Sorry, no. We had to discontine selling wholesale as we have so many retail orders that we are always busy filling. We want to give quick service to our customers. The volume of wholesale orders were slowing us down.

Are taxes added to my order? TOP
Applicable taxes for Canadian orders are due at checkout. PST, GST or HST is added to your order at checkout. The rate is calculated according to the rates outlined by the various provinces and Government of Canada.

Is it really FREE shipping? TOP
Yes we ship 1st class Canada Post. It isn't the quickest method but it is reliable. Larger bulky orders are shipped Parcel Post. We have a minimum order- it just wouldn't make sense to offer free shipping on one piece of paper.

When do I get order confirmation? TOP
As soon as I print out your order for filling I will send an email confirmation. Due to summer holidays I am a little slower, so please be patient. It could be a couple of days before we let you know but be assured your order will be filled in the order received and as quicky as possible.

How do I track my order? TOP
Larger orders are send Parcel post and we can track them, but the smaller ones are not.

When does out of stock stuff come back in and do you notify me? TOP
We are constantly ordering, as our stock moves out very quickly. Sometimes the suppliers are out, then there can be lenghtly delays. I will notify you that something comes back in if you request notification only.

Great products, something free and Canadian supplier !! What's not to like. Thanks so much for my order. I have used the Breast Cancer eyelets to make cards with a note that says " this is more than a card ... it's a hug with a fold in the middle." A friends has done T-shirts with a special saying and logo and we're sending all profits to Breast Cancer. Thanks for great product to add to the cards.( Do any of the cancer eyelets come in more of a pink by any chance?)

I just wanted to tell you that I just love your website and products.

When I found the website, after looking though "Canadian Scrapbooker", I was shocked at the selection, the prices were right on the mark and the FREE shipping was a big bonus.

When I actually put in my order, I felt like a kid in the candy store with my mom's money. I kept going back to see if I missed anything. When I got off the computer that night, I just couldn't wait for the delivery. I was hoping that I could get to the mailbox before my husband.

On the day it arrived, of course my husband got it first, but surprisingly enough, he never even mentioned it. I was so excited, I ripped open the package and WOW, it was everything I wanted, and more. There was even a small package of bonus treasures......Thanks.

I have told everyone I know about your website, about your prices and the Free shipping. That seems to be a big selling point.

I also have had negative comments- some customers don't want to wait a week for their items. Sorry folks- orders are filled within a day or two, and depending on your location Canada Post can take a week or more to get it to you. I do my best to fill orders quickly, and of course if there is a problem I will make it right.

How secure is your site? Payment methods? TOP
I use Beanstream credit card processing- a very large and reliable company. I do not actually see your number- Beanstream does all the processing, all I get is a statement from them. You can also use PAYPAL for your credit card and direct from your Paypal account. They are just opening Paypal Canada so now it will be even more friendly to Canadians.

What is a good eyelet setter? TOP
My new favorite is the Crop-A Dile. It is fabulous for all eyelets. My eyelets are brass or aluminum, and setting a brass eyelets can be difficult, but with the Crop-O-Dile it is easy! This tool gets rave reviews in all the magazines, and I totally agree. A good investment.
